What do I need?

Software

You need Adobe Flash Player to sing and browse the performances on the site. You can check here to see if the version on your computer is compatible. If not, you can download the latest Adobe Flash Player for free here.

Moving on to your browser: We support Firefox, Version 3.0 and above; Internet Explorer, Version 7.0 and above; and Safari, Version 3.0 and above. Opera, Version 9.0 and above, should also work fine. Older versions of these browsers could cause errors.

Hardware

All you need is a microphone with or without a headset. Your performance will be even better if you connect up a webcam, but it’s not essential!


I have a problem with…

I can’t hear anything at all

Please check your microphone connection. Maybe the microphone settings are not ideal. The problem could also be with the volume settings. You can get help in the video tutorial or in the full instructions.

I can’t hear myself
